Friendly Writing Competition!

So~ Due to boredom~
I just joined the Writer's Cafe community online ^^
Where I can share my amateur writings with others and get feedback to improve!

Also, I just entered my first ever story writing competition today!
'cause it looked interesting, whereby the moderator gives a starter line,

"She/He was standing there with no clothes"

and we have to cook up a story from there :D

I saw the 2 other entries, 1 was kind of plain to me about husband and wife, but the other was captivating and mystical! It made me feel calm and smile when it ended! Sadly, his spelling and grammar aren't as strong as the 1st story I read, making me stumble a little as I read it, but I loved it! There was some symbolism or something..?

I dunno, I'm not very literature..

So here's a bit of what I wrote!

She was standing there without any clothes, panting heavily as she paused for breath.

There was no time to grab what little she had.

There was no other chance for her to break free.

This time, for sure, she will succeed.

A field of daffodils, that could have bloomed ever so radiantly, cruelly scorched dry by Sun's rays, lacking in water, left to die. Slowly.

She must succeed.

And yeah it continues somemore, please do give me some tips or short reviews! >.<

Singing... No wait. What? Voice Acting?

I know that the Story Of Evil series composed and written by Mothy is really popular and that it would be easy to raise awareness of it.
I know that is is due to my lack of popularity that I'm unable to successfully increase other's awareness of our project, "Ojou to Meshitsukai"/"The Princess and Her Servant".

//sad face

I would just like to say... that it takes a lot of effort to voice act, clean the voice samples, mix everything together, get the background music and effects, have the animation done, etc~

Despite all these, my friends don't complain because it's something we all enjoy and have fun together~!

As we put in our happiness and emotions into the end product, we just wish that we can share our best efforts with the rest of the world who are sadly deprived //shot XDD

Story of Evil.

A novel based off his own song series, forming the Story of Evil.

~Chapter 1~

Once upon a time there was a kingdom.

A wise king who built the kingdom in his lifetime was taken with illness and a queen of the sweet voice, who was his wife, ruled the land instead of him. She governed for the betterment of people, rather better than him, and the kingdom enjoyed prosperity. Although her reign continued after his death, she suffered from the same affliction and passed away.

The one left behind was her "only daughter", who was brought up in comfort, having great-flamboyant furniture, a beautiful and fine horse, and a servant who looked like her and was willing to do whatever she wanted. She took her mother's place and reigned over the kingdom. However, her dominion was far from good. She imposed heavy taxes on the people and purged the ones who did not abide by her orders. Gradually people came to call the country as "the kingdom of evil and cruelty" and the princess as "daughter of evil".

So this is what it feels like to have no motivation.
I feel even worse towards you than I already did before, for what I did during our O level period.
It's my fault you ended up in ITE.
I was supposed to be a good friend and help you all the way.
Cause I'm sure you're definitely worth more than this.
Even Laselle wouldn't be too hard I believe.

I'm the worst.

Dismissal.

Isabelle, nobody really cares so shut up.

I, myself, know the severity of my situation.
I, myself, am very much afraid of the consequences.

But I am SO tired and SO lazy, I don't even seem to be doing anything for my future anymore.

Dismissal from Ngee Ann Poly is very real for me, no matter how much I tell people, everyone takes it as some mosquito flying by.
But its okay because it helps me to laugh it off and feel better.

Then.. yeah!
I continue to not do anything.
I don't see myself being a good vet.
I don't see myself having a good future.
I can't remember how I thought and felt like when I was just 2 years younger and happier.
