The One, or The Suitables?

Lord, there's still something I'm feeling really lost about.
Is there really something called "The One" for each of us?
What if "The One" for girl A is boy A, but "The One" for boy A is girl B?
And what if girl C already messed up her chance with "The One" for her? Will she be fated to be alone forever? Or end up in unhappy and unfulfilling relationships?

Then again, is there no "The One", but many who are suitable, where only one will click with the other under good conditions?

If there's only "The One".. I think I've messed mine up already.
